12/28/20: it’s been a minute since I pulled some cards. Even though we are approaching the Full Moon in Cancer soon at the end of this month, I feel a lot people are going to start brand new cycles and chapters in life. Cancer is a very emotional sign so expect some intense emotional release coming up this week and the following weeks after that. Releasing our emotions will help us “Come clean” in being more transparent, open, forgiving, nurturing, accepting and honest with ourselves and others. Unpack what we need to unpack so we don’t carry it over to our new beginnings. Once we release a lot of those emotions from our mind and body space, we will have much more clarity and start anew in our journeys. Sometimes a lot of us bypass uncomfortable feelings like sadness, grief, guilt, shame, indifference, and especially anger in order to cope and maintain a way of life whether it’s working a demanding career, being a role model, balancing a family, etc...but bypassing those feelings don’t make them go away and causes them to resurface from time to time. Take a moment today or tonight to reflect and re-examine those feelings and see which ones need acknowledgment, attention, improvement, work or release. Come clean and release whatever doesn’t belong in your new chapter. You deserve an amazing life filled with amazing moments. Sorry for the long hiatus, I hope everyone had a good xmas! The holidays can be quite taxing for an empath like me. Instead of looking forward to the holidays, I kind of hibernate and shy away from all that buzz. People see Jolly-ness, I see PTSD! Some of us grew up in not so stellar environments 😅 That’s why it’s imperative that we practice self-care on a regular basis to prevent any type of triggers or burnouts to happen.
